We collect your info to improve your experience at The House better, whether that involves booking a boardroom, reserving a room or sending you an invite to our next big event. We don't sell your data and we don't spam.
1. What we collect: When you fill out a form or book a stay, we ask for basics: name, email, company and phone. This helps us get your coffee order right (metaphorically speaking) and your invoice sent.
2. How we use it: To confirm your bookings, answer your questions and occasionally let you know about our special rates or House news we think you'll actually care about.
3. Keeping it safe: We use industry-standard security to keep your details under lock and key. Only the House members who need to see your info to help you can access it.
4. Your Rights: Want to be forgotten? No problem. Email us at talktous@thesocialhouse.ke and we'll wipe your data from our system, no questions asked.
