We collect your info to improve your experience at The House better, whether that involves booking a boardroom, reserving a room or sending you an invite to our next big event. We don't sell your data and we don't spam.

1. What we collect

When you fill out a form or book a stay, we ask for basics: name, email, company and phone. This helps us get your coffee order right (metaphorically speaking) and your invoice sent.

2. How we use it

To confirm your bookings, answer your questions and occasionally let you know about our special rates or House news we think you'll actually care about.

3. Keeping it safe

We use industry-standard security to keep your details under lock and key. Only the House members who need to see your info to help you can access it.

4. Your Rights

Want to be forgotten? No problem. Email us at talktous@thesocialhouse.ke and we'll wipe your data from our system, no questions asked.
